How do you create a great experience for people in your digital workplace? This is a question that should always be in your mind when developing a tool for your team. SharePoint, Microsoft Viva and other Microsoft 365 tools give us a range of capabilities, but in most cases organisations will have other things in their tool kit.

Before we think about the technology part of the design we need to understand what an employee experience is and how we can use technology solutions to help people throughout their employment journey. Once we understand the needs of an employee, we can start designing solutions, creating content and tuning policies and processes.
